David is a former chef at five-star hotels around the world but including Crown Plaza, Millennium and Hotel So in Christchurch. He is guaranteed to step up for team lunches to the delight of us all. He’s currently building a ‘smart’ house complete with voice recognition and motion-detected media room. David’s also a keen basketballer and at six foot four you will struggle to dunk over him.
